This is a relaxed week built around the spirit of the Pyrenees. We ride named cols, visit local markets, cross borders and stop often for coffee, pastries and conversation. Every day offers a taste of local culture and a new backdrop for shared kilometres.

We welcome you in Pau, birthplace of so many Tour de France Pyrenean stages. After bikes are prepared, we gather for a drink and our first dinner together in the historic centre.

It is an easy start to meet the group and share the anticipation of the week ahead.

We begin with a relaxed loop through the rolling Juranรงon vineyards. The scenery shifts gently from countryside lanes to views of the first Pyrenean peaks.

A family run domaine welcomes us for a private tasting before we return to Pau for dinner.

70 km | 1,300 m+

We roll toward Argรจles Gazost for a friendly ascent of the Soulor. The balcony road to the Aubisque is one of the most beautiful stretches in the Pyrenees, perfect for steady riding and easy conversation.

In the afternoon we unwind at the thermal spa in Cauterets, a welcome pause for tired legs.

85 km | 1,500 m+

We ride through the Ossau Valley, passing stone villages and cowbells before climbing to the Pourtalet. Crossing into Aragรณn feels like entering a new world with different scents, colours and road textures.

We enjoy lunch in Sallent de Gรกllego and continue to Jaca for our overnight stay.

60 km | 750 m+

Today is an easier spin across quiet backroads and open farmland, a change of rhythm after the high mountains. The views are broad and the pace remains sociable.

In the evening we take part in a guided tapas crawl in Pamplonaโ€™s old quarter, a lively and generous experience.

80 km | 1,200 m+

We climb the Somport at a steady pace, crossing back into France and descending along the peaceful Aspe Valley. The change in light and landscapes is always a highlight.

A visit to the Bedous market adds a local touch before we reach our final mountain hotel.

50 km | 600 m+

Our last ride takes us to Oloron Sainte Marie, a lively market town known for pastries, cheese and friendly cafรฉs. It is a gentle and rewarding way to close the week.

Back in Pau we gather for a warm farewell dinner with plenty of stories to share.

After breakfast we arrange private transfers. Legs feel pleasantly used, minds feel rested and many of us start planning when we will return.
